Oxfordshire County Council has set up a Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan (LCWIP).

BikeSafe is part of the consultation group. We had our first meeting 22nd May. We will keep you posted of the outcome.

You can have your say now though. You can pin any issues / concerns you have on a map and leave a comment.

It’s actually a lot of fun and doesn’t take a lot of time to do. You can also like other people’s comments.

The deadline for your comments is 23rd June.

John Blackie completed the Islip Big Bike ride in May 2022.

We raised money for both Bike Safe and Dr South’s School with St. Nicholas Church in Islip.

About 50 people joined us in July 2022 to highlight the continued need for a cycle path. Ages ranged from 8 to 80.
